About Us
The Harvard Undergraduate Biomedical Sciences Forum is dedicated to helping students build the skills to communicate scientific knowledge to audiences of all levels. The club hosts dynamic scientific presenters to discuss cutting-edge biomedical techniques with a focus on broadly applicable analytical thinking and fundamental principles. These events prepare students to understand and communicate future breakthroughs. Such skills are critical for undergraduates who will enter into scientific communities, science and technology policy arenas, as well as other fields. The club will host faculty members to demonstrate how fundamental scientific techniques and interdisciplinarity can advance diverse biological and medical fields. After hearing these presentations, members choose relevant peer-reviewed publications to present either individually or in groups at presentation dinners.
